Service is 5-stars. I have really enjoyed staying here: great location, room is clean and spacious, safe place to park the car, and REALLY great front desk. Ask for KP, he will take care of you!
The lobby and my room was very clean. The staff was amazing and easy to talk to. The continental breakfast was very nice. And the location was close to many restaurants and downtown was only about 15 minutes away from the hotel.
Rich was great, very helpful. Rooms were clean, price was fair food with in walkable distance. The shuttle was a great deal, and the breakfast was great!
For what you get for the price, this hotel is great! It’s clean, beds are comfy, staff is helpful. I booked the last room during a really busy time, and it was reasonable. Too bad the airport shuttle isn’t 24/7.
I stayed here for several months after trying many hotels in the area. I switched rooms once a week. Every room wasn't perfect but you can't beat the price and staff always fixed any problems i had. I never found any bugs. Mattresses were always clean and spot free. Most importantly it was very quiet and easy to sleep.
I had the pleasure of staying here while my son had surgery at St Luke's. Everyone was super gracious and so helpful. That "bend over backwards" attitude to help a guest is rare today. Once I arrived I never used my vehicle as Pete would take me to the hospital at a moments notice in the hotel shuttle and made great waffles for me at the breakfast. Yogi at the desk is also an asset to the company and I thank him too. I hope to see you both again, Deb M
The kitchen staff is amazing goes over and above his duty. Helping elderly and children with their needs. Always pleasant and brightens up the business. Excellent breakfast choices always replenished.
My two teen girls, grandma, and myself stayed here for a night for a little girl's trip. We had a super nice room, beds were pretty good (loved the pillows), pool was clean, the little room with the vending machines and a couple arcade games was a nice wind down for everyone at the end of the night, breakfast was really good. All together a great value with really good proximity to Milwaukee
